Maximizer

Sidwell 9037
S: Cy

D: Sidwell 7055 (Sidwell 4008 x  Sidwell 228)
Born: January 2009
QRNN - Twin

(pictured October 2009).
Maximizer is incredibly level, square and thick out of his hip and loin.  He is also straight lined,
flat shouldered and wide underneath.  He has been unique in his thickness and hip design from the start
and has the genetic predisposition to breed this on consistently.  His maternal grand dam, 228, is a true foundation
ewe in our program.  Max has been mated to a large group of dorset ewes and ewe lambs as well as a strong set of
blackface females for 2010 lambs.

Doug
Sidwell 9055
S: Sidwell 4008

D: Sidwell 228
Born: Feb 2009
QRNN - Twin

Doug is another buck lamb that we retained from the 2009 lamb crop.  He is large framed, extremely good hided
and expressively muscled.  Most importantly though, he represents a genetic legacy for us.  His full sisters,
and maternal half sisters are the foundation of the dorset flock here and are the kind that have good lambs
no matter how they are mated.  For his first lamb crop, Doug has been exposed to
a strong set of 4008 half sisters as well as several Cy and Ice House daughters.

Sonic

S: Tonic (Marcantel 43 x 40)

D: Slammer (Grand Slam) x Demon (Cajun)
Born: 2007
RRNN
Bred by Shell

We are excited about the addition of Sonic for 2010 lambs.  The Marcantel bred sheep have been shown to
work well when combined with both Shotgun and Caesar genetics.  He is extremely level and square out of his hip.
Plus, he's stout boned, sound and good chested.  Sonic was mated to the majority of our Arsenal daughters
as well as a powerful group of Shotgun females.

Sidwell 7121
S: Sidwell 4008

D: Sidwell 6040 (Sidwell 5043 (4008 son) x Sidwell 242)
Born: March 2007
QRNN - Single

(pictured June 2008).

Thunderbolt is a double bred son of 4008.  He carries the predictable loin edge and muscle expression
that has made his sire work so well for us, and he is absolutely extreme in his front end design.
He is shallow in his fore rib and extra clean breasted.  Thunderbolt continues to prove himself as
a very potent sire of lambs that have the unique ability, for dorsets,
to continue to get better the longer they are on feed.

Enfield 739
S: "Game Over" Slack 6183

D: Enfield 243 (double bred Huntrods)
Born:  January 2007
RRNN - Twin
Bred by Enfield Club Lambs

(pictured July 2008).

We purchased Cy in Sedalia as a lamb, and he earned his keep in his first lamb crop.  He is extremely good in
his hip design and consistently transmits this valuable trait to his offspring.  Additionally, he is wide based, thick made,
level designed and has grown into a large impressive buck.

Wise Blue 313
S: "Shotgun"  Cabaniss 096-04 (177-02 x Stroker)

D: Wise Ewe ("Link" x "E-Mail")
Born: February 2008
QRNN - Twin
Bred by Wise Club Lambs

(pictured July 2008).

We are pleased to have acquired one of the few rams sired by the proven "Shotgun" ram of Wise's.
Shotgun has been a phenomenal producer of both powerful wethers and high quality, potent females.
We are also proud to have over a dozen of these Shotgun daughters in our own flock.
Big Foot is similar to his sire in terms of phenotype, and we expect him to produce similarly as well.
He is extreme in his fore rib, wide and expressive over his rack and loin, square butted and, as his name implies,
very, very heavy boned.  Big Foot sired an intriguing set of lambs in his first lamb crop.  His lambs carry
his bonework and front end design and seem to get even better the longer they mature.

S: "Perazzi" (Caesar Son x Bodacious)
D: "Git 'R Done" (Caesar Son x Smoky)
Born: March 2006
RRNN
Bred By Winfrey Club Lambs
(pictured June 2006)

We are very excited about the addition of "Arsenal."  There simply aren't many sheep
out there with his kind of loin edge, hip and leg shape.  Let alone those that carry it on such an attractive framework.
He stamps his lambs with a picture perfect fore rib, wide expressive tops, silky hides and fuzzy legs.

S: Winfrey 351 (Perazzi Son)
D: "Freak"
Born: April 2006
QRNN
Bred by Winfrey Club Lambs
(pictured June 2006)

"Batman" is extremely hard handling and expressively muscled.
He is wide and flat across his loin and hip and is shallow chested and long necked.
Batman has proven himself as an outstanding Speckle sire and will see another strong
set of dorset females for 2009.

2010 lambs will also be sired by Sidwell 4008, our senior dorset sire.

Reference Sires

Power Surge

Wise Club Lambs Red 201
S: "Link" (Johnson - Scooter x Mayer)
D: "E-Mail" (Cabaniss - Four Son x Noon)
Born: January 2005
RRNN
(pictured July 2005)

Deceased

"Power Surge" possesses a tremendous amount of power and muscle expression and is as heavy boned as they come.
What makes him truly unique though, is that he carries all of this mass on a long, level frame with that smooth shoulder and
shallow chest floor that is in demand right now.  He has grown into a big impressive mature ram.
We regard "Power Surge" as a true stud ram.  His wethers are consistently impressive and
his daughters are as prolific and maternal as they are good looking.

Sidwell 8091
S: "Cy" (Game Over x Huntrod)

D: Sidwell 6030 (Sidwell 4008 x Sidwell 4003)
Born: February 2008

Thanks to the Erickson Family, MN for the purchase of Ice House.

From the moment he hit the ground, Ice House was a potential keeper for us.
By the time he was weaned, we were certain.  His momma is arguably the best dorset
ewe on the place.  She is the product of many generations of top females.
Ice House posses her square rib shape and muscle expression, and we suspect
he will breed on as predictably as she does.  He is also exceptionally square and level in his hip design,
stout and sound in his bone work and travels with his head up and his topline straight.
